We are daring to go down this road. To attempt to explore the intersections between faith & spirituality, gender & sexuality. Our first project, The Seniors Project which, over a 3 year period eventually became the original play, This Many People, honored the lives and the stories of the folks who came before us. This, our second project, is very different. It’s somehow messier. More uncomfortable. Too many twists and turns. What is our relationship to GOD in the LGBTQ community? What is GOD’s relationship to us? Is there even a GOD?
Since March 21, 2011, we have so far collected 184 unique responses to our online GOD project quiz. All types of folks with all kinds of beliefs from all over the country have shared their stories with us.
