Funders, Partners, and YOU
We NEED your help to continue making queer community theater. The economic landscape of small, grassroots theater companies, such as OutLook, has never been more dire. We continue to innovate and find new ways to make theater and get paid to do so. Still, we cannot do this without YOU! That’s right, YOU, the one reading this post right now.
“So…HOW CAN I HELP?”, You ask.
Fret not dear supporter! WE have a myriad of ways to help and get involved. Below are just a few ideas.
- DONATE! Make a tax-deductible contribution to OutLook today. And we’ve made it EASY for you to donate, simply email JASON at jason@outlooktheater.org, and he will take it from there. YUP, it couldn’t be easier.
- VOLUNTEER! Join our volunteer brigade. We will need help in the coming months handing out fliers, hosting open houses, creating enticing visuals, videotaping/photographing performances. And we make volunteering simple. Simply email JASON at jason@outlooktheater.org to sign up.
- BRING OUTLOOK to your community center, church, synagogue, mosque, temple, place of worship, university or school. We have engaging, interactive theater workshops that explore intersections of beliefs, faith, religion, spirituality, sexuality, and gender. And we can come to you!
- SPREAD THE WORD! We want to make sure ALL of the various LGBTQIA communities know about this work, and we need YOUR HELP in making sure no one is left out. Please help us spread the word by liking our Facebook page, sharing the poster on the front page, and sharing what we are doing with your friends and family through Twitter, Tumblr, email, etc.
